Former Guinness World Record contender, Afua Asantewaa has clarified that her marriage with Sports Journalist Kofi Owusu Aduomi ended before her first sing-a-thon attempt.
According to the media personality, People have related her marital issues with her rising fame but is otherwise.
“What people don’t know is that I left this marriage before the first sing-a-thon attempt. Someone I have married to and we built a house together, my first daughter brought a document from his car and we discovered that the house had only his name.” She said during TikTok live session.
Adding that “When I asked him he told me that is a mistake. No one will speak for me to you should let me be. This has nothing to do with a fame.”
Afua Asantewaa claimed what her partner did during the sing-a-thon was just to show up.
“During the sing-a-thon, someone brought me a flower but he knelt to give me as if he was a lover boy. We fought in the hotel because you knew I was going to leave you.” She stated.
“My father advised me that that was not the right time for a divorce because the sing-a-thon was approaching. I am not going to shut up anymore. The bullying is too much. My own daughter told me that I shouldn’t let a man ruin my life.”
